Resolved Main quest bug or not ?

Hi, I have a strange situation on my main quest story. I decided to create kingdom in a future but before that I was a mercenary at Sturgia. After I had progressed main quest to stage with decision create or join empire\kingdom I finished my merc contract through dialogue with clan leader. But in my quest log state "To be independent clan" didn't complete after that . It strange that on my "Create an imperial faction" this state show as completed .
