I don't understand much of it either, but if you want just to change an existing flag, find the .dds file banners_a.dds of banners_b.dds

then convert them into a usable format using a converter, then open them in photoshop or something equal, then change them into your liking, then save it as .dds again, (or use the converter), then replace the old .dds with the new one. REMEMBER TO MAKE BACKUPS!!!!

Is it possible you would make a banner mod with banners from the actual medieval ages fitting of the game year?

If anyone plays medieval 2 total war or have, please check the faction flags/shields/symbols since i think it would be awesome with those added to this game.

Btw can you make a banner for me?  White eagle whit blue background? Like 1 of the standard banners that is on front page, Black eagle whit yellow background..

You need to convert it into .dds first. Download the DDS Converter 2, install it, then convert it into bannersa.dds in Mount&Blade\Textures folder
