Known things that will cause you to CTD or Lag heavily!

Tried all of your solutions, but it just lags so horribly (about 5 fps). My specs are:
Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU N2600  @ 1.60GHz (4 CPUs), ~1.6GHz
2 GB (2048 Mb, to be precise) of RAM
Intel(R) GMA 3600 Series
Windows 7

Anybody knows other solution to the lag I suffer?

I'm afraid you just need a better PC to play the mod.

Hey anyone know what causes this to happen? I cant even start a game when I do it freezes at Launching Game and I get this error:

could be an equal problem like others above have. maybe your PC is not strong enough for this heavy mod. 
you can try to reduce your settings and follow the hints here
because I think you read the threads I think your warband version is 1.153 or newer.
