Issues With the Installer

Hi,
I'm having problems with the installer for this mod. I'm trying to install the latest version of this mod. But for some reason i am getting the two errors pictured below. I have been downloading it from the Nexus and i have Windows 7 and Steam, if that helps any.

This is the first error i receive after clicking on the installer. Blue spot marked over is my user name.

After hitting ok, a few seconds later i will get this message.

I have reinstalled twice. Not sure what the problem is.

Others have had that problem when downloading from the Nexus.
You should try downloading from either
http://www.moddb.com/mods/brytenwalda/downloads/brytenwalda-140-special-edition
or
http://www.novaregula.com/brytenwalda/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=6&Itemid=36
