Is it possible to make this one more small faction? It was ruled by a Jutish king named Stuf and his successors until 685, when the West Saxons invaded.
You could name the faction "Wihtwara" and their city/fort "Wihtwarasburgh."
Or is it not possible/not worth it to add Wight? It would be nice to have more Jutes, no matter how small the new kingdom is....

EDIT: Oh, and it's pagan too....

The Isle of Wight is a county and the largest island of England, located in the English Channel, on average about 2–4 miles (3–6 km) off the south coast of the county of Hampshire, separated from the mainland by a strait called the Solent.
(from Wikipedia)

That means it's actually bigger then the Isle of Man. And if the Isle of Man is on the map..
But no pressure, do as you see fit!

Appareantly, Man isn't considered part of England? Because, and this is also only wikipedia, the Isle of Man is 572 km2 while the Isle of Wight is 384 km2

The Isle of Mann isn't a part of the Union, it's a Crown Dependency which is a silly product of history.

It is difficult we will add this for 1.34 yet. Stuf kingdom was a clan more that a kingdom, no?
If by clan you mean lesser kingdom like Glastenic, Brycheiniog, Ynys Manaw, etc., then yes.

On a funny side note, their dynasty is named the Stuffings.
