the Ichamur town i conquerored for Queen Isllo(after i conquerored the old Swadia) she gave it to Harlaus the old king of Swadia and then it said hes the Duke of Commoners, after a few days hes in the town with a massive garrison about 300 like a usual king but some how it says the Imperial Roman leader is also in it and hes also in the kingdom of Commers, the imperial faction hasn't invaded yet.
is this a bug???

Well SoD is based on founding you're own Kingdom, so there should be bugs if you mess around whit the civil wars or if you become a vassal of some king.
