It is for now just a limited demo. Free to download/install till 10th October via Steam. Military is not present in the demo, stil WIP. But there are already prerequisites like fort with mannor and donjon/main tower that will serve as barracks for your permanent retinue + you will be able to draft militia to your army. World map, which is also limited WIP now has like dozen provinces as of now. You as player, will be able to expand either by influence (economy/cultural) or by brute force. Its gonna be a nice mix of village/city builder and military action in kind of total war games style.
