How to Balance Alephs

Currently, winning in this mod pretty much boils down to who has the more Alephs. They're overpowered and can kill tons of units in one shot, which is surprising because they fire so often. Even more surprising is how abundant they are and how easy they are to obtain, since garrisons spawn new ones for you to take a lot of the time. After playing this mod for a while this really ruined it for me, and I have written up my own suggested solution to balancing them:

Can no longer fire while moving.
Sniping capability lowered.
Ammo count lowered to 25.
Weekly wage increased to 4500.
Reload speed significantly slowed down.
Aleph Cannons can no longer be looted.
Garrisons spit out significantly less Alephs.

They would also be knocked down a notch if the Army of Darkness had an Aleph equivalent. I think they're missing their own super unit to counter it.
