Helllo.
Im a bit confused how aim with my guns? actully i cant hit the target when they are in long distance, shall i aim upper of the targets?

Guns are inaccurate so your always going to find it difficult to snipe long range. Better to use a different weapon. Alot of people are going to recommend the crossbow, but I prefer a normal bow and arrow. Either way, accuracy is much improved, allowing for some serious feel good shots  Just a warning though, in my opinion bows and crossbows only begin to surpass guns when your proficency is around 250+. If your really determined to stick with guns though, I think the Elephant Gun has the best accuracy.

If you want to be a serious long-ranger, then just pick a bow - high skills make them the deadliest weapon in the field, and unlike NPC archers you can actually replenish your arrows when they inevitably run out. If you don't want to specialise in long range fighting, but want to be able to do it anyways, then take a crossbow - a little slower, but decent damage with perfect accuracy and high range.

Guns are just for close range defence and formation-versus-formation warfare.

Odd thing is that computer controlled gunners fire very accurately, they hit targets long before you can fire near.

But they almost don't miss even at long range. At Shooting range fighting gun toting bandits you just can't beat them without the crossbow.

And shouldn't rifle be more accurate than musket? After all the purpose of rifle is to fire to distant targets.

The rifle actually has a higher-velocity projectile than the musket; it may be less accurate, but with greater range

Anyways, the reason the AI always hits is because it always aims straight at you. Which is why they never hit when you're moving perpendicularly to them.

that actually happens in war band, take out a box of darts and ride around throwing them at things and moving the target reticule around. The projectiles will curve in midair.

The ****? It's not a guided missile, and there is no wind in M&B. It does NOT.

I mean if you observe the projectile when firing the gun, sometimes it goes little left, sometimes little right, sometimes center, but not going outside the crosshair. Apparently the accuracy modifier.
