Resolved Hit registration problems and no companions

I noticed when swinging my forged one handed axe, that it was passing through seated riders and their horses. This always seems to happen soon after changing weapons. I had noticed this in the past but thought it was all in my head.

Also in my current play through there doesn't seem to be any companions in taverns anywhere.

Also I noticed some textures were displaying in magenta and rgb green. There was a specific shield and one of my companions helmets.

Not sure, I can try. Then I'll see about how to capture the event itself.
