When making a party, whoever I assign gains ALL necessary skills for running a party but scouting. I tested it with my little sister she had 20 focus points into it and was at 0 exp, after 1 month she was still 0 exp. I know scouting should help them see better so it is kind of important just not game breaking in anyway. A note to the team about it is appreciated

PS I got the little banner about checking known issues before posting, I do need to say that instead of some new content lets work on the MASSIVE list of problems every time we have a new issue so we don't need to spend 5 minutes looking through that list.
