So I went to my town and I wanted it to recruit troops for their garrison because I like to keep my elite soldiers in my company 
So I went to the garrison and then I did recruitment and I'm recruiting swadian sentinel, swadian mercenary, swadian billmen and swadian sergeant. I went to the queue and it showed what I was recruiting good, but after a couple of weeks my garrison only had 34 men in it :S I checked the queue I put it on split budget (don't really understand how the budget thing works) I put it on 5000 recruiting budget (don't know what this does either) and enabled recruiting and my units are still in queue. What do I do?
Other than that great mod! Wish it had diplomacy
Also what does captain of the guard do it doesn't do anything anything :l besides enlist a patrol and put money in treasury?
