Resolved game wont save, how do I refund.

Summary: I get an unable to save game error when attempting to save my game on a new character and all pervious. Games should work off the hop, this does not. Id rather my money back, making nitroglycerin is easier than fixing this. I am enraged.

on steam at the top left you go to help, steam support then select the game and select refund.
