Need More Info Game stutters and lags while travelling the map, everything else runs good.

So I have this that appeared today problem, I stutter and lag while travelling the map, it stutters every 1-3 seconds.
All the battles run fine
*I'm in single-player ~day 350, an army of 110 men, ( if compared to a previous save, it didn't lag on day 100)
*Have tried reinstalling, restarting PC, running all the tools etc..
PC stats are good 32gb ram, 1070 GeForce, i-7 proc

The map did not stutter until today after I became a kingdom, and 1-2 h later it started.

Does anyone have the same problem and maybe has found the solution?

I think these problems usually about the optimization,They're gonna fix it asap
