Resolved Game crashing at launch

I just completed the most recent update to the game on steam. After launching the singleplayer version the game crashes after a few seconds of being on the loading screen. Then I attempted to launch in safe mode and the same exact issue occurred. I'm not sure how to retrieve the dump identifiers or I would have provided the one from the regular crash and the safe mode crash.

When the game crashes, does the crash uploader open? If you can send a dump, you can take a screenshot of the generated ID and post it here.

I apologize for taking so long to reply, I tried starting the game again in normal mode again. Here is the screenshot of the crash uploader.

Howdy, After ensuring everything was up to date I finally did a fresh install and the game started running, but I'm still not sure what was causing the crash. I apologize for any wasted time on this issue.
