Need More Info Game crashes with error message after I speak with an NPC and select ''I have a proposal that might benefit us both'' option in dialogue.

Summary: Game crashes after ''I have a proposal that might benefit us both''. Whenever I click this option with anyone, an error message saying ''A new guard page for the stack cannot be created''. I have tried to uninstall the game, deleted files, checked the integrity of files on steam.
How to Reproduce:
Have you used cheats and if so which: I changed the value in one of the files where you enable cheat mode, you have to change value from 0 to 1. I have added money, and basically maxed out my character stats.
