Well that was certainly interesting, if you don't mind though I'd just like to throw you some suggestions Yuki about future line battles as it seems with the numbers you get now your getting top dog and all.
Random maps can be pretty crazy, I'd cycle through several and pick a good one before starting up the event instead of doing it ad-hoc. It really is much easier just having it ready and just do a 5 minutes load in grace time for everyone to show instead of the old fashioned gathering up in a smaller map.
Also, start slaying obvious rule breakers in regiments before banning. If you can have your regular server guys reset the thing quickly too as you are setting it up. Lag tonight was pretty bad I'm afraid.
Starting early and dropping the whole 'thanks for showing guys' message before the final round is finished isn't advised either. People get reckless and just throw their lives away or drop on the spot when that happens.
Good luck with future events, will show up again next week.

Yeah that was good LB, we'll come next week definetly.
I should agree that some good maps at the start of the event can save alot of time. I saw some servers with good terrain generation (doesn't seem they're lucky to get very nice LB maps for CBattle every time), maybe you should try to find out how they do it, maybe some modified script, dunno
Personally i didn't like the fact that half our team was rushing forward all the time to get into close range melee, wich got us owned most of the time. Not to mention that it's really hard to handle vetrain regiments who's sportish way to hide every now and then, and quite not making a proper advancing to approach enemy but rather trying to keep their men alive. It's just my point of view.
