"Found own faction" missions have failed. Any way to fix that?

I've done all the main quests to acquire the Dragon Banner. Thought I was safe now (main mission has been failing in earlier stages in other playthroughs). Can I somehow go into the save game to fix this?

Does it even matter or is their no real difference between being independent and having your own kingdom yet? (these are two different things, right?)

Not sure, there is some mods tgat accomplish the quest yet who know it they work with lost quest, thwy are in nexus

Anybody have an answer for this? Should be easy for someone who knows scripting or whatever (sadly I'm completely illiterate when it comes to these things )

Would be very thankful for any help, I'm at that point in the game now.
