edit: btw i was thinking when i was choosing rhodoks cleavers were allowed, i had to make my duels with military pick. so if you can change my faction to any other faction(doesnt matter actually just give me a proper sword) that would be nice.

You are allowed to play with cleavers. The rule excepts cleavers, since they are not officially counted as one-handed swords. This means that you can use one-handed swords AND one-handed cleavers.
