Need More Info Cant launch game downloaded from steam, fresh install, followed the workarounds

No, I didn't use any mods.
Summary: Clicked play in the launcher, couldnt launch game, tried all the launchers present, native, singleplayer, did repeated clean installs by wiping all traces of the game, still had the same error logs below. Also followed all the workarounds
How to Reproduce: launch game from steam, click play in launcher/ launch game from native/ launch game from singleplayer
