Resolved endless troops from clan member party (abuse or bug)

You should have clan tier 2.
Open clan menu>parties>create new party>take free troops from the party in to your party>disband party>and again create new party and get free troops.
Where do these troops come from? -_-
Just make sure there are no troops when creating a new party. this is the solution for this problem.
