In Progress [e1.0.9] Gang Leader wants Weapons Freeze

Summary:
The quest giver, Crushfinger Abeil, had already given me the "Gang Leader wants Weapons" quest. But when I came to turn in the weapons, she has other quests/issues available. When I try and talk to her, she asks if I've dealt with the looters yet. Regardless of how I respond, the game locks up and I can't exit the conversation. The game doesn't crash. It locks up. NPCs continue walking in the background, but I am stuck in the dialogue window and need to ALT+F4.

How to Reproduce: Get the quest, go around, let looters or bandits take over the countryside. Come back to turn it in.

No it should not. Just happened to me in Beta 1.3 the minute I clicked the conversation option to complete the mission.

Hello, i have informed the devs about the problem persisting for some of our players. They will look into it. Meanwhile, you can try to verify the game file integrity and if you ara using any mods please remove them and try to reproduce the problem.

Happened in the same town as main poster. Does not occur in other towns. 1.3 version stable branch. Crashes upon quest completion conversation option.
