Does lords join ur kingdom with out talk to them?

Well, spended like 1 hour trying convince a non fief clan to join my new kingdom, until i give up XD
Is there a way they join u as warband, with out talking?

Nope, You have to talk to every clan leader. do persuasion. Load/save/load/save/load and save until you are satisfied. TW said you shouldn't create your own kingdom because nothing is working with it atm sooo. But we still do it anyway

Convinced a few to join. But it was long and annoying.

and they go away with out land?
btw, how change the banner back colour?, just let me change the the picture of animal and that stuff.

No the lords are still on the map, even without lands.
And in the banner customization tab. At the bottom of all the color pallets is the background one I think, or the top one.
