Need More Info Crash Beta 1.7.0. related to Vlandians

Summary: The game crashes when I enter a Vlandian Arena or try to recruit Vlandian troops. It also crashes in the curstom battle screen as soon as I choose Vlandia as one of the two sides (although the game keeps running, the idle animation plays and music continues). I deleted all mods and verified the files via steam. The crash only occurs with Vlandia, all other nations seem to be fine.


How to Reproduce: Enter an Arena in a Vlandian Settlement, try to recruit Vlandian Troops, choose Vlandia in custom battle (as your own or enemy side)
Have you used cheats and if so which: no cheats
