In Progress Crash after fighting for Seonon Waterfront

Summary:
Crash to desktop after clicking continue in the dialog after a fight versus Mangy Rhia in Seonon for the waterfront area. Had no issues when doing those fights for the backstreet in Seonon. The save file in the crash dump will start you at the exact spot of that dialog.

How to Reproduce:
Use the save file in the crash dump, click continue in the dialog box.
