In Progress Game crashes after updating to 1.2.7 on PC

Summary: Game crashes after update when moving army on map.
Previous savegame version: 1.1.6.26219
Current game version: 1.2.7.31207
It doesn't matter if I load the 1.1.6 save or a 1.2.7 save.

How to Reproduce: load 1.1.6 save in 1.2.7 version of the game. Click somewhere on the map to move army and game will crash after a few seconds.
