In Progress Crash after completing siege on any city

Summary: Whenever I besiege a city, the game crashes after the siege is over. I'm almost done with the story, and I only have to capture like 1 more city.
How to Reproduce: N/A
Have you used cheats and if so which: Character Manager
Scene Name (if related): N/A
Media (Screenshots & Video): (the glitch happens towards the end of the video)
Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 11
GPU: GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU
GPU Driver Version: GeForce Game Ready Driver | Version: 516.40
CPU: Intel 11th generation i7-11800H
RAM: 8 gigabytes
Motherboard: Alienware 0RKHYN | Version: A01
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): BC711 NVMe SK hynix 256GB
