You need to put something like this "-show_err -nm -mod:[Insert mod file name]"  into your set launch options.

CK Complete, to my knowledge, refers to Crusader Kings + Deus Vult -expansion, no CK2. Obviously can't know for sure, but I would be extremely surprised if the Indie Gala included CK2.

Yep, as far as I know this is the meaning of it, unless they bastardized the name somehow to fit in the indie pack without spamming different game names.
