In Progress Character voice bug

Summary: Can't change characters voice. I have seen people having this problem in the past but I unfortunately haven't seen a fix.
How to Reproduce: When ever I try to change my characters voice and save, it doesn't change anything and opening the customisation menu shows that the voice option has reset to option 1. I have tried validating steam files but that doesn't work.
Have you used cheats and if so which: None
Scene Name (if related): None
Media (Screenshots & Video): None
Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 10
GPU: RTX 3070
GPU Driver Version: 527.56
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: 16GB
Motherboard: ROG STIX b-450 f
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): SSD

Same issue and it suddenly happened. Every clan member and companion has default voice 1
