Need More Info In Need of Dire Help

Summary: Game crashes at character creation screen. JUST bought the game last week. Have tried everything from running in compatibility mode and running as admin, also tried running the native.exe, nothing helps. I reinstalled WINDOWS the other day and wiped my PC and reinstalled the game, still does not work.
How to Reproduce: Literally just start the game for the first time xD
Have you used cheats and if so which: None. Just purchased.

OS: Windows 11
GPU: RTX 4090
GPU Driver Version: Latest one, just updated it yesterday.
CPU: i9 13900k
RAM: 64gb corsair
Motherboard: Asus rog strix z370
Storage Device (HDD/SSD): 4TB SSD

What error message did you get ?

I assume you've updated your GPU drivers ?

Also, not sure if this is valid but delete all your shader caches and redownload and reverify.
