Character and item window visual bug

So I ran into this issue recently and it's quite bothersome. Item and character windows have these ugly visual glitches and idk how to fix them.

verify integrity
reset graphic setting
delete config files
disable mods
update drivers

Do I delete the entire config folder?

Update: I did all of the above mentioned things and the issue persists.

It's a known 1.5.8 bug, introduced apparently in an attempt to fix the bug of icons not loading properly.

Yeah! I rolled back to 1.5.7 2 weeks ago.
