Resolved Caravan - Aserai - Initial cost

Choosing to start as the Aserai doesnt give you the 30% discount on caravans.
It costs 18k regardless of cultures.
(used to be 15k across all cultures, i guess it got increased after e1.1.0)
Tried both with an existing Aserai save (before e1.1.0) and a new one.

I Have the same problem! I already hear that they are not worth it and i dont even get my bonus! RGGGGG!!!!

I noticed this when I was playing, i didnt play before the update so i thought the 18K was the discounted amount until i talked to another friend of mine.
