Cannon ammo placement?

When I do cannons I deploy them in a Napoleon Total War manner where I have my cannons unlimbered then turned around. I wonder how this will affect cannons since the ammo boxes look to be static.

It's significantly better than mm russia’s, you don't have to go through the hassle of deploying your ammo box and running back and forth to collect ammo if you move the cannon since the box spawns as soon as the cannon is unlimbered.

Does the box also despawn when the cannon is limbered again?

Naturally it does delete itself when the cannon is limbered.

What if the box spawns somewhere where you cant access it, like inside a rock or a house?

it will be on top of the rock, or you just limber and unlimber to reposition it.
