Can No Longer See Favorite Servers

Hello everyone!  My brother is currently having a problem seeing the same servers I join daily.  At times, we have even been on two separate internets and he still cannot see some games (such as USA_POM_Central).  We live in the Midwest of the USA and are wondering if there is a fix for that.  When he hits the refresh button it simply does not show the servers.  Is there any reason for these "invisible" servers?  We have restarted the game/computer many times to no avail.  Please help if you have any ideas... ;D
