Resolved Bug: The militia of Tevea joining the tutorial battle.

Summary: In the tutorial, the militia of Tevea joins the battle vs Radagos' Raiders. Since this was NOT happening in previous versions, I believe this is a bug that ruins tutorial immersion as players cannot order their troops or fight the raiders by themselves; militia simply steamrolls the raiders due to this bug.
How to Reproduce: initiate tutorial in singleplayer mode -> engage the raiders near the village of Tevea -> militia of Teave will join the fight

Militia steamrolling as a result of this bug. Please note that many functions (including this) were DISABLED in the tutorial in the previous versions.
