[Bug] Distribution of the army

When you distribute the army by division, after loading on the save, everything flies off. How do I fix this problem?

If you mean the formations (I II III IV V)of your party in that screen you posted, there's nothing you can do. They revert to their default formation when you load game. It's been requested by many to save it..... but you know how that's been going. Hopefully someday.

I believe there are mods to fix this if you're open to trying it. Not sure which one, or if its still any good though.

I'm losing my eldest daughter, I have to have her as part of my army so I allocated her to the Archers "II" but I never see her there. At the end of the battle, she's always injured. I think she's actually part of the Cavalry "III" or Infantry "I" ??? She's on a horse so she should be easy to spot .. but .. I hope she isn't being secretly allocated to "Skirmishers" "V" or higher, as they are placed in weird places (next to enemy)

Yes, there is a mod to fix none saving of Group Details.
