So today i did it i took forniron for sodhethon it was crazy ...arrows everywhere.
but after i won i spoke with him and we just respoke about taking it then he said something along the lines of i know you can take it ?? Thanks in advance

are you the member of any faction? If you don't actually own the city you won't complete the mission.

ohh so i have to be my own faction then capture the city then speak to him ?

No you just have to own the city, monarch or vassal.
