There is pretty big and very funny game bug I've found, Sturgia declared war to me. I offered them peace, and auto negotiated and they demand Revyl and Ustokol Castle from me for a peace. Untill here everything is normal, weirdt part is; I said, I'll pay 1 denars, and we'll make peace he doesn't like it as expected but when I wanted Balgard from them they said OK. Like wtf? 
Balgard has to be negative value for them. I also checked some other lords and they also okay with giving their cities for 1 denars even all cities for 1 denars... This is pretty funny and wrong hahaha Hope devs fix that asap.
But at the end of the day, its not gamebreaking as it sounds since you can only trade fiefs at 225 trade ability and which is hard to get actually. Even then, using this bug is in your hands.
