Resolved Русский - RU [Beta 1.2.0] "Last seen in..." entry broken in Russian localization

Summary: If you switch the game to Russian language and try checking the character's last whereabouts in it, instead of the settlement name you'll see "ERROR: Pred vareable has not been set before...". The problem is specific to Russian localization only, English version indicates the variable as it should be.
How to Reproduce: Switch the game to Russian language, check the encyclopedia.

Временно если кому надо можно исправить поменяв строку <string id="yjXoftYs" в файле std_module_strings_xml_rus на <string id="yjXoftYs" text="В последний раз видели {?IS_IN_SETTLEMENT}в{?}near{\?} {SETTLEMENT}." />. Тогда должно работать
