It is as the title says, post your dabbles into fiction here as we await for Bannerlord.

I shall start:

The Calradian Empire: a name that once brought comfort to those that were under its protection, and dread to its foes. No longer, for its people now are pitted against one another, father against son, brother against brother. And the vultures have descended upon the weakened empire, warlords once sworn under the Emperor, once kept in check by the might of the Legions no longer bow theirs heads. They have rebelled and carved out the remains into their personal fiefdoms. And this time, there would be no Imperial Army to stop the countless insurrections, no Cataphracts to ride down the Empire’s enemies, nor arrows or spears under the Eagle. For there is no Emperor, his ancient bloodline ended in some distant mountain frontier alongside most of the Legions, with only garrison levies to keep order, and this weak peace did not last. In the midst of the chaos, The scheming Senate without an emperor presiding over them broke apart into squabbling factions, backed by the various noble families drew the remaining Legions to their sides with promises of Gold and Land, and thus, all out civil War as each fragment of the empire proclaimed their right to rule. Towns that once bordered each other trading olives and silks now traded arrows and slings, horses once bred for trade now used for war. Legions of men who once fought with each other to conquer the far off Khuzait tribes now march against each other. The power of the Calradian Empire is broken. Long live the Emperor.
