Now that they seem to have been patched out, I really want to know how they got into the game in first place! They're not randomly generated faces so it seems likely it could have been made as a joke. Further more they wear female gear and appear more frequently then other types of wanderers. It's just too strange to not have been intentional.
Also they look like this meme Guy people are always posting on foreign image boards. I don't know the story really but searching "shaky bald guy" find him easily.
So TW come out with it, what's the joke? It really does look like that guy and people were posting his face everyday in some boards for awhile!
