Summary:Flickering jagged lines on objects and blurr

Storage Device (HDD/SSD): 1TB SSD
Hi,
despite using TSMAA x2 and 16x anisotropic, V-Sync (or no), G-Sync and Freesync monitor with both on I get jagged lines and flickering of some objects when I move.
It mostly appears on edges of roofs, pallisades, stairs, edges of walls etc. I even enabled supersampling, multisample and other in NVIDIA settings but it only somewhat helps.
I could use any help to improve graphics or find the reason why it is like it is right now.
