I want to practice arrow speed, javelin speed, and melee ranges without being punished if I screw up. Is there a way to do this? I'm not talking about the beginning tutorial those targets are useless.

TDM servers I guess, you can join them via the server browser

Too chaotic and I'm frequently dying to just being outnumbered instead of 1v1s. Like the training area in Overwatch would be similar.

Feels different but singleplayer arena might help you out in this case. There's nothing you can train on like that for multiplayer since duel servers are not a thing right now.
