A little problem in quest dialogues

If I have already satisfied the condition of the quest when I accept it, why should I ask the alternative method to complete it? I just need to complete the quest immediately.
Talk, accept quest, talk again, complete quest. This is not the behavior of human being.
Is this a technical problem or something?
