It seems that some lords are not visible on the map and in the tool tip listing (Romund is my character):
Could pertain to the wounded status. This may also be the root of the teleporting lords. I tried to catch Derthert for some days. The encyclopedia and some lords told me that he is either in Sargot, Galend or Talivel Castle. But I did not see him anywhere moving on the map. I don't know his party speed but he managed to move from Talivel Castle to Galend in one day and from Galend to Sargot in another. Thus the encyclopedia seemed to be always correct about his whereabouts but he was not visible in the tool tip. I don't know if he was listed in the keep as I did not have access to the keep to this time.
