I have added a new kingdom whose culture is based on the vlandians. The problem is that during conversations my new king declares himself the king of the Vlandians when he is not. The conversation variable in question is {LIEGE_TITLE} which apparently derives from culture information rather...
Hi guys i want to share with you 3 ideas about recruitment.
1. I have read many post about cultural change of new settlement captured, without change village/town culture they can add a new structure in castle and town that give you 2 line for recruitment, where you have your own culture...
Pretty self-explanatory suggestion, really, so allow me to present some examples as to which kingdom would have which units / nationalities / minor cultures and where. Since we don't get much lore on other smaller cultures present in Calradia, most of these suggestions will be based on what we...
I know they dont want to change cultures of villages completely that's already been discussed.
But
A policy that decreases town loyalty 0.4 per day to bring some of your own people to the newly conquered lands would be nice
One npc per Town and one for some villages (replacing already existing...

When a settlement (town, village) was conquered by other faction, after a while, also being able to invest money on culture conversion, you were able to recruit your faction's troops at that settlements.
AI should prioritise retaking settlements belonging to their own culture before sallying off from Aserai to Sturgia to besiege the player's 500 prosperity castle.
They should also be less likely to raid villages of their own culture but held by the enemy for a certain amount of time after they...

When a settlement (town, village) was conquered by other faction, after a while, (also being able for the owner to invest money on culture conversion), recruited troops were converted into the new faction's troops ones.
This, combined to being able to...
One of the most loved features in the mods of Warband was the posiblity of making your own Troop trees, giving them the armor and weapons you wanted to enhance your play style, i was really sad to found that this feature was not included in the base game since in medieval armies nobles always...

When you created your own kingdom, you could create your own troop tree: slots to fill creating the equipment for every troop tier, its abilities and depending on the equipment, its cost, in which units will be able to...

As in the title. I noticed that well over half of the companions available in any given campaign seem to be Sturgian, and another quarter/third are Imperial. The occasional Battanian or Vlandian shows up, but never more than three in total as far as I have seen. In multiple games (Main and test...
I have noticed, that bonuses from cultures aren't working. For example I play as an Aserai but creating a caravan still costs me 15 000 instead of 10 500 (my bonus should make it 30% cheaper).
The breakdown from the Encyclopedia in my game (Home\Heroes, filter:Wanderer and then by culture);
Vlandia 1
Sturgia 13
Khuzait 0
Empire 6
Batannia 2
Aserai 0
(9 remaining minor cultures 0)
I like Sturgia a lot (URAA!) but there does seem like a heavy bias? A more even split would be nice. Is...
This has always been such a pain in previous titles. If I am the Empire and take a Battanian settlement, just let me recruit Empire soldiers. It only serves to inconvenience the player making us travel back to the homeland to recruit, and makes our new settlement feel like its at a disadvantage...
I'm having trouble changing an individual town (and associated castle) to a custom culture. Every time I try it the game crashes. I've essentially just copied the Empire culture in SPcultures and given it a different name/id, and slapped that onto a town (and castle) in Settlements. Am I missing...
Was going to go Sturgia, but all they get is a bonus to movement in the snow while the others get bonuses that can be used anywhere. Does the game have seasons that make this apply to most of the map for a quarter of the year or something?
This forces recruits from villages and towns, for both the player and npc lords, to be the faction's troops. AKA if you're part of Northvegr and conquer Scuin (whose culture is goidelic), the recruits you get from Scuin and it's villages will be NORDIC, not goidelic. Because I wanna be a viking...
