Not to mention it wouldn't be stringed. And the sharp end suggests a blade, rather than a bow's end. In any case, that's surely the strangest bow-case I've seen.
 
Oh, that one actually looks pretty good (though his face reminds me of Christoph Lambert for some reason, instead of an early/Asian Avar). Any more where that came from?
