due to recent mishaps with native Warband updates, there are no gloves, boots and ammo in shops. I understand this was a bug with 142, fixed in 143, but requires a hotfix for the mod to "notice" it.

Would it be possible for you fine gentlemen to release a small update to Diplomacy with only this in mind?

i've been playing the most updated warband and diplomacy, not a single problem so far. The armor and weapons are where they should be in shops for me.

That can't be right, almost everyone is missing gauntlets for example, give it a while longer in your game and you'll notice it. Sometimes they dissappear a month or two in.

but its day 3 in the game, i dont have prisons, patrols or ever joined a faction.

Took enough time to wipe out 3 factions and marry a pretender, don't really care to spend much longer waiting... Still no issues finding the items there. Have seen in other mods people mentioned stuff reappeared after founding their own kingdom. Maybe that has something do with it, as my character is a co-leader. But the items are there in shops.

Yes, but many mods require this mod updated. The same Native Mod compilation needs it  to update to next and better Lite version.

I may try but it's pointless if the author is working on it cause he may be close to finish. So i have to know if his working on it or no?

what do you mean? the latest version is 1.143 and Native mod compilation is for 1.134
