The "I need to **** off" bit was a link to a site which hosts torrents for pirated stuff before I edited it.


EDIT:
As for a temp ban, he just came back from one and was told that was a sort of final warning. Of course this incident would have warranted a permaban anyway.

FYI, the URL he gave had a .com/.org mixup, but it indeed redirected to the intended site if you followed the link.

And yeah, he was back yet again. I went ahead and made it an IP ban this time since he seems intent on creating new accounts.
