Need More Info Whenever I try to leave a kingdom with my fiefs / end an oath with king - Game crashes

Hello there,

I would like to report a strange bug that came yesterday. Whenever I try to leave a kindgom with my castles / cities the game crashes... Same thing happend when I approach a king (in my singleplayer it's a king of Battania) and I want to end my oath and leave the kingdom - crashes exactly same way.

Is there any solution how to leave a kingdom??
